I told everyone that I was okay, but deep inside, I knew I would never be alright without my Allie. My life had been miserable until I found myself another girlfriend. Her name was Kassidi. (Kassidi247. :) She was beautiful, smart, funny, and she made me happy. Although she brought a smile to my face, nothing could replace the hole in my heart from when Allie died. Not even Kassidi. We'd been together for about 3 years, and I was planning to propose to her on our anniversary. I told everyone that I was so happy, and I wanted to spend the rest of my life with her, but I was trying to convince myself more than I was trying to convince them. I missed Allie, and I knew they all could tell. Kassidi could tell especially. She always hated when I talked about her, and every anniversary of her death, I'd take flowers to her grave, and come home and get yelled at by Kassidi.
