these are University of San Carlos South Campus students dressing up like their favorite anime characters held on our Student's Night last Jan. 15, 2010. sorry it's not really clear. It was raining hard and I did my best to avoid getting my camera wet. As you can see in the video, UMBRELLAS. ^^ Fortunately, my camera was safe but unfortunately, I was drenched in the rain..
